Payment Methods
Bank Transfer
Payment for order can be made via bank transfer to our DBS Current account via bank transfer to 010-903596-6 or Paynow UEN 201229301H.
Once you have made payment via bank transfer, kindly send us an email at info@j-kidz.com with your order number for us to process your order.
Credit Card
Payment for order can be also be made via Credit Card via the Hitpay platform. Once you payment is successful, your order will be processed.
Delivery Methods
Courier
Small and light packages will be dispatched via courier companies. We will send you the tracking number once item has been sent.
Orders will be processed and packages packed and shipped out from our warehouse within 3 working days from time of order. We will contact you if the processing will be longer than that.
In-House Delivery Team
Heavy and bulky packages will be dispatched via our own delivery team. We will contact you prior to delivery to make arrange on the delivery date and approximate timing.
Orders will be processed for delivery usually within 3-5 working days. You will receive a call or email from us within 1-2 working days from time of order.
Returns & Refunds
Returns
If the item you received is damaged or has missing parts, kindly contact us within 3 days from receipt of item.
We will arrange to replace the damage or missing parts for you.
We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
Refunds
If the item you received is damaged or has missing parts, kindly contact us within 3 days from receipt of item.
We will do a full refund to you if we are unable to replace the item.
Warranty
Warranty of products
The warranty that we will cover is only for manufacturing defects. We will arrange to replace the defective parts at the earliest possible timing that will be communicated to you.
Our warranty does not cover defects that are caused by wear and tear or abuse or misuse of the product.
For products that require assembly, the assembly manual will be provided with the product. Defects caused by wrong assembly will not be covered by J-Kidz as this is considered as misuse of product.
