We will process your order for delivery within 3 working days.

For small and light weight order, your package will be passed to our courier partners within 3 working days from your order. They will attempt to deliver to you within another 1-3 working days.

For heavy weight as well as free delivery orders, we will contact you within 3 working days to arrange for delivery.

Local Delivery is free for purchases of at least $100.00.

Local delivery charges for purchases less than $100.00 will be dependent on product weight and size.

Small & light weight items will be charged at $7.00 while bulky and heavy items will be charged at $20 per order.

Complimentary assembly or gift wrapping (for selected products that can be gift wrapped) can be provided upon request.

1.  In any container,fill 1/2 full with Sandtastik® sand.

2.  Place container in sink and let running tap water pour gently over Sandtastik®, allowing water to flow over sides of the container and down the drain, while agitating sand with hand to free any foreign particles in Sandtastik®.

3.  Once the sand in the pail has been thoroughly rinsed, pour off excess water and return wet sand to play box.  Let dry with cover off.

4.  Repeat this procedure whenever you are aware foreign particles have been introduced to Sandtastik® or if an odor exists.
